Pet Policy
Exploring the wilds of Wyoming is even more fun with a four-legged friend and we have room options available for those traveling with dogs. We just ask that you take responsibility for your pet and be respectful of other guests and the lodge property throughout your stay.
Rules
1. If you desire to bring your dog and a pet friendly room is available, please indicate this when you reserve your room and a charge of $25 will be added to your reservation.
2. Please let us know ahead of time that you would like your pet to stay with you so that we can make arrangements for their stay.
Note: If an unregistered dog is brought into a room that is not pet friendly a $100 charge will be added to your invoice. Please read our pet policy in full at check-out.
Stay With Us
We are a self check-in property. Your confirmation email will provide you with a code that allows you to enter your room. That code is valid only during your stay.

Cancellation Policy
We get it, life happens and plans change. Our desire is to have a cancellation policy that is fair to the customer while also accounting for the fact that last minute cancellations often prevent other customers from booking rooms.
We allow stay cancellations up to 72 hours in advance including a full refund and no penalties. In the unlikely event that you must cancel or do not check in with less than 72 hours notice, you will be charged for each of the nights that were booked. If we are able to rebook your room, no fee will be applied and your stay will be fully refunded.
Wyoming weather is wildly unpredictable and Pinedale receives an average of 65 inches of snowfall each year. With the Wind River Mountains in our backyard there is always a chance that the weather will change at the drop of a hat. We will not refund rooms canceled within the Cancellation Policy listed above because of inclement weather. At your request we will reopen your room for other customers and if it books we will refund your stay. If it does not rebook then you will be subject to the regular cancellation refund policy. However, if the main road into Pinedale is closed by the Highway Patrol and it is simply impassable, we will not charge you for your stay.
Parking
Our rooms are all ground level with parking right in front of the building. Our property also has a very large parking lot that can easily accommodate large vehicles and trailers.
Travel Advisory
If traveling to Pinedale between the late fall to early spring months, be prepared for winter mountain driving conditions and have a vehicle equipped with four wheel drive, snow tires, or chains. Locals use the Wyoming 511 app to check local road conditions and closures as it is updated regularly and is a great winter travel tool.
